JORDAN HUNTER

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Jordan Hunter a US Navy Search and Rescue Swimmer veteran is now in Pursuit for Legacy.  

Establishing himself in acting and entertainment, he also has founded “Say It Loud” a company for African Americans to share and develop their art, vision, and stories through podcast and Activations. His purpose-filled desire for aquatic education has allowed him to build a business centered around teaching children and adults alike the essentials of water safety and swim lessons both in pools and open water.  

While his enjoyment and passion is acting, his purpose and fulfillment is impacting the stereotypes around water for people who look like him.

ARIEL BROWN

Ariel Brown, originally from Prince George’s County Maryland, is a scientist turned actress. Since moving to LA over four years ago, she has appeared in numerous commercials such as Hulu, McDonald’s, and Volkswagen just to name a few. You may have also seen her in independent films such as "The Council" on Amazon Prime and catch her this year on an episode of HBO’s new show "Minx" (2022).

In addition to being a full-time actress, she is also a classically trained violinist, independent recording artist, and songwriter. You can find her song "Smile" by Ariel Elizabeth on all Music platforms.

CHRIS LOUIS

“Chris Louis is an American actor, dancer and singer. He is best known for doing theatre within Massachusetts, and had done several short films and web series during his six years in Los Angeles. Chris has done commercials for Kohl’s, Bank of America and Yahoo Sportsbook, and appeared in a few television shows as background such as “Hit The Floor”, “Seal Team” & “Stuck With You.” He also filmed a couple feature films with Michael Jai White, Tyrese Gibson, Kellan Lutz, and Dolph Lundgren, which are set to premiere this year. Chris has also done several comedy sketches with King Bach, and worked on a couple music videos with artists such as Big Sean and Cordae."

MICHAEL HOUSTON
Michael Houston is a native from Brooklyn, NY who moved to California in 2016 to pursue acting. He graduated from Academy of Art university with a B.A. in acting and moved to Los Angeles to further his growing career. He seeks to build bridges and spread love between people with his work. MORGAN DAY

Morgan Danielle Day is an actress, dancer, writer/poet and director based in Los Angeles. She grew up in Baltimore, MD where she graduated from The Baltimore School for the Arts with a concentration in theatre performance and continued her studies at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre. Morgan has performed in many plays including The Hendrix Project directed by Roger Guinevere Smith at The Public Theatre in New York, and has taught acting and dance to students K-12 . She made her international debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland playing the lead role of “Betty” in Gunshot Medley. Morgan graduated with her Master of Fine Arts in acting from the California Institute of the Arts and signed with RSA talent. Morgan does voice-over looping for series such as Blackish, Grownish, Modern Family and AP Bio. She recently starred in the independent film The Council which can be found on Amazon Prime, and is currently working on various television and film projects.

GIOYA TUMA-WAKU

Gioya Tuma-Waku is a South African stage and screen actress of Congolese descent. Her love of performance started at a very young age and by age 10 she knew that her passion and future lay in acting. In 2015 she graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles and then was one of the 21 students invited back to perform as part of The Academy Company. She is known for Pink Lemonade (2018), Bloggers (2016) and Shine Bright (2016) and recently filmed Flesh with Danielle Harris and Cerina Vincent. She is also a painter and poet with two published books out.

ANTHONY PURNELL

Anthony Purnell has an BA in Theater and Film from Saint Augustine's University and has worked professionally in Philadelphia PA, Raleigh NC, and Orlando FL. My work has been recognized at The Christian Film Festival, The Raleigh Water Conservation Festival, The Orlando Sentinel, and numerous others venues. Presently, I am a Comedic Actor on the Wild Wild west of Hollywood which is part of the Three60tv Network and app.

JENNIFER ROCKETT

Jennifer Rockett is a graduate of California State University Long Beach where she studied Human Development and Business Entrepreneurship and California State University Dominguez Hills where she received a Master’s degree in Education. One of her greatest joys is to be able to uplift others through performing arts including acting and music. She attended Renaissance Highschool for the Arts where she studied and perfected her craft as a vocalist. During that time, she was casted in several play productions and studied piano and guitar. She is currently an elementary educator, but she remains dedicated to her passion. She serves on the worship team at her church and continues to share her musical gifts at a variety of events in the community.

Kalen Parrott

Kalen Parrott is an African American actor based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Kalen attended the University of Maryland College Park where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He eventually earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University. Kalen worked as a Department of Defense contractor, while pursuing a Masters degree in Systems Engineering when he stumbled into Playhouse West - Philadelphia acting studio. From that moment he fell in love with acting and would commute from Baltimore to Philly 3-4 days a week to study under head director Tony Savant. During COVID, Kalen decided to move to LA to pursue acting as a committed life journey and currently studies at the Actor's Academy under Lewis Smith. Kalen has since worked on numerous projects as the opportunities continue to grow in quantity as well as responsibility.

MUNIR GRIFFIN

Munir Griffin’s BIO

Munir Griffin is an American rapper, musician, producer, and songwriter based in Oakland, CA. The Camden, NJ native's affinity for music was made apparent as early as 5 years old and over the years the influence of renowned artists and musicians like John Coltrane, Micheal Jackson, Tupac, The Notorious BIG, and Munir's legendary cousin Rakim of Eric B and Rakim fame fueled his desire to pursue a career in music.  

An Alumni of the UCLA Herb Albert School of Music, Munir Griffin aims to display uniqueness and flavor in his music through balancing his abilities as a rapper, saxophonist, and producer simultaneously. He has started to garner some attention through his "The Sax-Tape" series where he accompanies current records with live saxophone, as well as his self-produced "Mo Betta Mu" projects where he utilizes his musicianship and his lyricism to showcase his abilities. Munir has shared the stage with a growing list of such notable artists as Solange Knowles, Terrace Martin, Musiq Soulchild, and Kenny Burrell. 

According to Munir, “the ultimate goal is to bring people together, educate, uplift and inspire them to see that we are all one through the power and vibration of music.” Just imagine if the cohesiveness that could be found in the different elements coming together in your favorite song could be replicated with people, no task would be too hard.
